Tai Chi Yuen was founded in 2006 by my late husband. He was a practitioner of Wu Shu and Tai Chi Chuan for over three decades. His vision was do tai chi with 1,000 practitioners. I hope, one day, TCY can achieve his vision.
As the Co-Founder of TCY, I am a firm believer of achieving life harmony through balance of our Body, Mind & Spirit. Tai Chi Chuan is one practice method and one step closer to achieving it and able to gain many health benefits. Cheers ( Chi ) to good life!

Observe….
Fists in unison,
Grounded between heaven and earth,
Movements to the balance of the universe.
Body, Mind & Spirit immerse in the omnipresent is the ultimate harmony.
Manifesting from stillness to all living existence is the Way.
Living the practice is oneness.
Thus, Dao is the way of expressing the co-existing of yin and yang.
These are the words of wisdom by our ancient sage.
